Quantum Recruitment are working with a growing fintech client based in Berlin,  who are hiring a Ruby Engineer to work on a greenfield project, developing a new product built in Ruby & Elixir. Our client is looking for a talented engineer, who can work as part of a small cross-functional team, developing and engineering new products and features in an enterprise environment.

Skills / Qualifications:

• 6+ years experience working as a Ruby / Elixir Engineer
• Experience building enterprise applications & software products
• Must have testing experience – TDD, unit testing, test automation
• Ability to interact with senior stakeholders / management
• Ensure best practices when it comes to coding quality and have an interest in functional programming
• Ideally someone from a product background, who has experience with product design, development & management
• Be able to implement best in class solutions and recommend improvements / enhancements to current products and solutions
