Senior UI Developer – Permanent 

Global Financial Services client based in Ireland is expanding their software engineering team and is taking on a senior UI developer to work on a number of enterprise web and mobile applications for the business as well as external customers.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Act as a senior member of the agile scrum team to design and develop web applications based on requirements from UX team.
• Write and deliver code, participate in code walkthroughs, conduct code reviews and mentor junior staff members
• Participate as required, in technical viability and best practice solution design to meet the needs of the business and customers

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent knowledge of Javascript, JSP, HTML5, CSS3, ES6
• Understanding of cross browser development
• Web accessibility programming experience with some of the modern JS frameworks (Ember.js, Angular.js, Node.js, React, Coffeescript etc)
• Working knowledge of Java, Spring MVC, Hibernate
• Experience in a senior position within a development team, taking the lead on projects and working in an Agile environment
